Be prepared
The Boy Scouts have it right. In this market you need to be prepared. Real estate in many areas of the Phoenix market does not last long. While we do not suggest that anyone rush into a purchase because they feel pressured or are overly emotional about a particular property, you need to know that you are qualified and that is the right fit for you. This was proven once again this weekend when a good property was sold quickly. The best defense for this is to be absolutely sure of what you want, and what you can do. Then you will typically get what you want. If not, we will gladly help you until you find the right one!
