Real Economic Stimulus

This past week the Lieberman/Isakson Amendment was included in the senate version of the Economic Stimulus Bill by a unanimous voice vote. This amendment would provide a Tax Credit to all home buyers at the rate of 10% of the sales price up to a limit of $15,000. HI, The AAR contract for the purchase of a home has provisions for the buyer to get a home inspection. There is subsequent paperwork that clearly has a section on waiving the inspection as well. Hi, This week Pinnacle High School had an orientation for incoming freshmen. Pinnacle is in the Paradise Valley Unified School District (PVUSD) and is located in NE Phoenix in the Desert Ridge area. Hike Pinnacle Peak

There are so many activities to do in the Scottsdale area. One of the popular ones is hiking the many mountain park trails. Today I hiked Pinnacle Peak with my kids. The hike is moderate, but the scenery is great.
